Manor mill view

Located in Celbridge, Manor Mill View is a contemporary residential development consisting of 75 townhouses and duplexes.

Crawford Architecture were brought in to take the project forward from planning and deliver it on site.  

The townhouses and apartments both use a palette of red brick and off-white render to create an interesting, modern streetscape. Rhythm is created in the facades of townhouses with variation in the window openings and steps in the façade.

With reference to the Approved Construction Details, manufacturer’s written instructions, Building Regulations, and our own best practice details, we developed a pack of robust details for the houses and duplexes. We worked closely with the contractor to solve problems to ensure efficient delivery of the units.

All units achieve an A3 BER rating.
