VERNON AVENUE

Vernon Mews, Clontarf

Located close to Clontarf Village, Vernon Mews is a new residential development tucked away off Vernon Avenue. The development maximises the potential of a previously unoccupied site between back gardens to create a new community comprising 17 houses. Vernon Mews contributes much needed housing to better serve local residents.

The brick fronted houses have been designed to sit comfortably within the traditional terraced houses of Vernon Avenue whilst incorporating modern features and technologies. The houses are a mixture of terraced, semi-detached and detached houses, providing visual variety and a range of unit types to suit different end users, tied together with an attractive landscaping scheme.

The site provides a new pedestrian route from Belgrove Road through to Vernon Avenue, which helps to embed the development within the urban context.

The houses achieve an A3 BER rating and the development also incorporates PVs.
